The premise
New to you.Not new to this.
The TechCo Innovations name is months old. The discipline behind it is not. For over a decade, one team built and ran systems where a bad release meant more than a bad quarter: systems that could not go down, could not leak, and could not be rebuilt twice. That team now builds for you.
01 · What we build
Three practices.
One standard.
Full products, from the first architecture decision to launch and beyond. Web platforms, APIs, internal systems, and the modernization of code nobody else will touch.
- Product engineering, end to end
- Platform and API design
- Legacy modernization
- Dedicated senior teams
Typical engagement · 12 to 32 weeks
Security designed in, not bolted on. We build systems that are secure by default and ready to face audits and attackers alike.
- Secure SDLC and threat modeling
- Hardening and penetration readiness
- SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness
- Incident response planning
Typical engagement · 4 to 16 weeks
AI that survives contact with production. Applied models, data pipelines, and the evaluation to prove they actually work.
- Applied AI features
- Data platforms and pipelines
- Model evaluation and guardrails
- ML infrastructure
Typical engagement · 6 to 20 weeks
02 · The standard
The standard
is the product.
We do not show a client list. We show the rules the work obeys. They are written into every engagement, not pinned to a wall.
STD-01
Two reviews, every merge
No code reaches production reviewed by fewer than two senior engineers. Founders' code included.
STD-02
Threat model before code
Every system starts with a map of what must never happen. The design answers to that map.
STD-03
Rollback before rollout
Nothing ships without a tested way back. Deploys here are boring, and that is the point.
STD-04
Documentation is a deliverable
If it is not written down, it is not done. You own the knowledge, not just the code.
STD-05
Failure, rehearsed
Recovery drills run before launch, so the first real incident is never our first attempt.
STD-06
Least privilege, always
Production access is scoped, logged, and temporary. Ours included.
03 · Process
Weeks,
not quarters.
The same sequence, every engagement. It is how careful teams move fast: the thinking happens early, in writing, so the building never has to stop and argue with itself.
Week 0 to 1
P.01Brief & threat model
We learn the business, the constraints, and what must never break. You get a written brief back, in your language, before anything is built.
Week 1 to 3
P.02Architecture & plan
Decisions on paper before code: stack, boundaries, risks, and estimates you can hold us to.
Week 3 onward
P.03Build in slices
Working software every two weeks. No big reveal, no black box. You watch it grow and steer while it does.
Pre-launch
P.04Harden & verify
Load, security, and recovery testing against the threat model. We try to break it before anyone else can.
Ongoing
P.05Handover & watch
Your team can run it without us. Most keep us on watch anyway.
04 · The team
New name.
Old habits.
TechCo Innovations was founded in 2025 by four engineers who had already spent more than a decade building together, on systems where software was infrastructure and infrastructure was not allowed to fail.
The bench carries that same standard. It is built entirely from senior people we have shipped hard things with before, with no agency middle layer and no rotating cast. The engineers who scope your work are the ones who build it.
